The Back Shop is a small business built by young entrepreneurs who believe good ideas don’t need big offices—just grit, creativity, and a bit of unused space. Our name comes from exactly that: the extra space in the back of a family business. What started as selling our own overstock and extra items quickly turned into something bigger—a place where useful things get a second life instead of being wasted.

We’re serious about repurposing. Every bit of packing material we use is 100% recycled, sourced from local businesses and people in our community. When you shop with us, you’re not just buying an item—you’re helping give it a new home, extending its usefulness, and keeping it out of landfills. Our customers are a key part of that mission.

As we grow, so does our impact. The Back Shop helps provide part-time jobs for multiple people while staying focused on one thing above all else: delivering a great customer experience. We’re building this company intentionally—community-first, sustainable by default, and always pushing forward.
